Grumpy and Happy SUITES is a QUIET and AFFORDABLE FAMILY ORIENTED accommodation in San Pedro, Belize with its own large and deep private pool. Children are welcome and there is sleeping facilities for toddlers and younger. Children 12 years of age and younger are FREE. There are 3 very large luxurious, and fully equipped independent suites that are completely furnished and decorated. We call the suites Villa 1, Villa 2 and Villa 3. Villa 1 is a 3000 square foot 4 bedroom suite. Villa 2 is a a 2400 square foot 3 bedroom unit, and Villa 3 is a 700 square foot 1 bedroom suite. Total capacity of all villas, if rented together, is 18.
This is not a hotel or resort type accommodation with small rooms. This is a spacious home away from home. All the villas are air conditioned, have telephone, and have Cable TVs in every room (including the bedrooms), There are screened and private porches and a fenced back yard with a picnic table for your pleasure. Villa 1 and 2 have a washer, dryer and WiFi access.

The Private Pool is 30 X 50 feet and 10 feet deep with surrounding privacy fence .A pier is close to where can shore fish or be picked up and dropped of for tours, snorkeling or diving adventures. |

San Pedro Town center is only a short drive by the most popular means of transportation golf cart which we can arrange to have delivered to your door. You can also walk to town in about 15 minutes along the beach. On weekends the Front Street is closed to vehicle traffic after 6pm. Locals and tourists find this a great time to met each other.
