Whether you’re on the go or want to take it slow, now you can complete the entire knowledge development portion of the PADI Open Water Diver course online, at home with PADI E-Learning. Learn at your own pace. It’s a great match for your active schedule. Once completed you can come and stay in our Villa and complete you confined water training and open water certification dives in private and at your own pace. No need to spend precious holiday time in a class room.
Learning to scuba dive has never been more convenient! Grumpy and Happy offer e-learning, combined with pool and open water dives and accommodation in a lovely villa. Confined water is done on site and everything is private.
How it Works
You register for the ON-LINE Open water course with Grumpy & Happy on the GET STARTED link below. You pay the $120.00 PADI fee and select a username and Password. (in water training in Belize is charged separately)
Complete ALL the class room work, including quizzes, knowledge reviews and even the exam. You have 1 year to complete the course.
Convenient online access to knowledge development course material for one year
Unlimited and unrestricted access to an online version of the PADI Open Water Diver Manual
At your own pace complete knowledge assessments quizzes and the Exam.

Payment is $120 US for e-Learning via a secure online payment system. There are additional charges for the in-water training.
All course materials are on-line and Jolene and I are available to you for help if you need it during that time either via email, or phone. While you're working through the PADI Open Water Diver course online or after you complete all the segments, you can print your eLearning Record and bring it in to start your underwater adventures.

On Arrival at the Villa Jolene and I will meet you and book you in. We check your records and the next day into the pool for confined water. (usually completed in one day)
then GO DIVE!

There are 4 open water dives to complete certification. You will be doing them in Marine Parks and other locations on one of the premier reef systems in the world.

Jolene and I both hold the rating of Master Scuba Diver Trainers and have been in business for 10 years.

We have all the gear you will need to complete your training. We recommend waiting until you get here to purchase gear so you have an idea what you are shopping for. But if eager, please talk to us first.
