While on a cruise ship we flew from Belize to San Pedro and went on a snorkel trip with Grumpy and Happy. Fourteen of us all together. Jolene was so efficient and arranged everything. The air and everything. Both Jolene and Lorne were awesome!! It was a day to remember and made our entire trip. I cant recommend them highly enough. If you are spending time in Belize do your self a favor and spend a day with Grumpy and Happy, you will be happy you did.

Thank you very much for the information, suggestions and organizing you provided during our holidays this year; it was deemed a success by all five of our children.

While the house we rented from you was not on the beach, we found this to be a positive for many reasons. First, it provided us with a degree of privacy that we wanted and second, it encouraged us to try out different activities. It was wonderful that we could all stay in one place that gave us the option of cooking if we wanted (I didn’t); washing; and access to cleaning services. Of course the fact that our rental had a beautiful pool in the back helped as well since some of our children prefer swimming in the pool as opposed to the ocean. The quality of the rental provided was superior to many of the hotels we’ve stayed in from the tile floors, air conditioning, large private screened in sun room to the satellite televisions and wireless Internet; it was great.

Of course the best part of our trip was all of the scuba diving. The services you provided in this area; certifying Trevor, recommending and booking trips, ensuring we all were looked after on booked excursions (the Blue Hole and the Night Dive), as well as taking us out on some local area dives was outstanding and I can truly say that they exceeded our expectations. It was apparent after spending some time with both of you that you really enjoy dealing with families.

In closing Lorne and Jolene, we again would like to thank you and wish you ongoing success with your many ventures.

Hi Jolene and Lorne:

Well I am back to reality with a busy work Load, freezing temperatures, and lots of
snow; definitely not Belize . I wanted to write and say thank you for your caring attitude, patience, and professionalism. We all felt we were with the right people to take us through the PADI open water certification process. I was pleased with my progress from that first unsettling dive to the last dive at Mexico Rocks. I had, had no experience with ocean diving at all. Your patient guidance was the difference for me. The dive through the Canyons was an experience I will remember for a long time. We all commented on the high quality and care you give the boat and the equipment. Your attention to safety, communication in the pre-dive briefings and personal guidance following the dives was very helpful. It reflects your attention to detail and emphasized your experience, making our dive experience a fun and informative time. We enjoyed Ambergris Caye and San Pedro. The number of choices of restaurants were amazing, we especially enjoyed the vast array of fresh fish
available on all the menus. Our favorite was the dining room at Matta Chita, it was the best! It helped to have an in with the Manager. The San Pedro people were open and helpful even with the usual questions a lost tourist would ask. Our stay at Grumpy and Happy house in Villa one was terrific. We appreciated the spacious villa
and all the amenities such as the wireless access to the internet and the washer /dryer. The villa would be a great place for a Family vacation. Thanks again for your hospitality. I look forward to seeing you both again.
